Elope to Byron Bay

Elopements for 2020 have been the most popular request for marriage ceremonies. Covid has changed our lives forever. For those who had big plans for weddings many decided to go small, intimate and really share what's important to them - Their love for one another.

Holly and Matt were due to be married in grand scale at Earth House in Clunes. As they had flown in from Canada and done 2 weeks of lock down. And although hopeful, they soon realised very quickly that their guests would not be able to make the (80+) celebrations or travel to Byron Bay. So it became a small, intimate, family event, a photographer and myself.

Married in the gardens of their Air BNB in Byron Bay they shed tears of joy and happiness and will have their grander celebrations in 2021 with the guests that couldn't attend.

I think you can see that by their faces they are still very much in the moment and excited to finally be husband and wife.
